This program has a single enrolled recipient: the owner of Intelligent Intentions, LLC, a client of Human First Automations. The recipient consents to receive SMS alerts directly from Human First Automations, not from the client firm or any affiliate. Enrollment is limited to one recipient per client and is not open to the public or prospective clients. The recipient provides her mobile number and consent through a separate, standalone public enrollment form at /sms-signup. This form is independent of, and not part of, any account setup, service purchase, or AI phone-answering service onboarding.
How consent was given
Before any messages were sent, the owner of Intelligent Intentions, LLC provided her own mobile number to Human First Automations for this specific purpose and affirmatively agreed to receive SMS alerts directly from Human First Automations by reviewing and accepting the SMS Terms and Conditions and SMS Privacy Policy linked below, which set out the sender, message purpose, frequency, rates disclosure, and opt-out instructions. This written acceptance took place on the standalone enrollment form described above, separate from any service setup or purchase. Enrollment is entirely voluntary and has no effect on the recipient's ability to purchase or use any Human First Automations service.
